I have a very exciting kit to share with you today.
It is the Mally Eye Love It Kit.
This makes a very ncie gift and is also a perfect starter kit.
I got it from Beauty.com and I am pretty sure that this kit is exclusive to that website.
And I spy a 20% off Friends and Family sale for beauty.com which will start on Tuesday 11/5 on 12:01pm!!
I thought I would give you guys some ideas about what to get on that website.
The kit retails for $30 and inside it has 3 full size bestsellers from Mally Beauty:
- Volumizing Mascara- Black ($20)
- Ever-color Shadow Stick- Platinum ($25)
- Ever-color Starlight Liner- Gunmetal ($15)
Huge deal right!
Now onto my thoughts of the pruducts.
- Volumizing Mascara
The award-winning and best-selling mascara from Mally Beauty.
I have done a Mascara Monday post about it. Click here.
It has a slightly fatter brush, and the formula is rather wet.
It volumizes really well, but sadly it does not hold curls for me, and it smudges a little as well.
But considering that my monolids are very picky about mascaras, I don't think it will be a problem with girls who have naturally long and curly lashes.
I don't hate this mascara.
In fact, I would love to try the waterproof version sometime. Maybe that would work better for me.
- Ever-color Shadow Stick
I talked about it in my October favorites. Click here.
I am obsessed with these!!!
Platinum is a pure silver color. I use it to highlight my inner corner.
Texture is soft and creamy.
It stays on me ALL day.
I have another waterproof shadow stick in Sin from Urban Decay, and it dissapears after half a day on the innder corners.
This one from Mally never smudges or dissapear on me!
On top is one swipe of this shadow stick, and below is what it looks like blended out
What's more, it has SO SO SO much product inside.
I have had this shadow stick for a year and I still have a whole lot of product left.
- Ever-color Starlight Liner
It has a grey black color with metalic finish (gunmetal color..duh..). It softly defined my eyes without being too harsh. You can also apply it thickly along the lashes line and blend out the edges a little bit to act as a shadow base for smoky eye looks.
Since I have monolids, I am very picky about mascara and eyeliners. It is not easy to find a good liner that does not smudge. This is one of the best eyeliners I have tried. The texture is very creamy and gel-like. It never smudges on me. However, it does fade a little bit at the end of the day, but as long as there is no smudging, I am happy. This is also the ONLY eyeliner that stays on my waterline. So for sure I love it.
Disclaimer:
I bought this kit with my own money. And I am not compensated by beauty.com.
