Review: Urban Decay Shattered Face Case

Hi everyone,
I have a cute and versatile compact to review today.
And it is the recently launched Shattered Face Case from Urban Decay.

The case is very pretty. It got a crashed minor effect. And it has two layers. The whole packaging is very compact.

The product retails for $44 and it contains:

• 5 eyeshadows 0.8g each 

Shakedown: Shimmery dark brown. Darker and cooler than Darkhorse from Urban Decay.
Remix: Deep purply plum.
Nameless: Shimmery medium taupe brown. Unique shade. Lighter than warmer than Satin Taupe from MAC. The picture deosn't do it justice, it looks like a bronze, but it's actually more like a warm taupe.
Minor Sin: Light shimmery peachy champaign. Less frosty and less pink than Sin from Urban Decay.
Bleach: Matte cream ( This is the only shade that is a little bit powdery).

 Shakedown, Remix, Nameless, Minor Sin, Bleach

• 2 blushes 2.8g each ( Overexposed, Temper) & 1 highlight 1.5g (Glint)

 Overexposed: Matte peach. Powery but pigmented.
 Temper: Matte pink. Powery but pigmented.
 Glint: Shimmery warm champaign. Could be a bit too shimmery for highlighting for me, but makes a perfect eyeshadow.

• 1 mini 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil in Zero

Creamy black eye pencil. Very easy to use. Although it does not last on my monolids very well.

• 1 full sized Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Color in Love Child ( cost $19 if bought individually)

Warm pink that suits so many skintones. It works on my yellow undertone as well. Very creamy and glossy. Staying power is also very nice (4-5hours). Downside is that it is a little sticky, and the pencil has to be sharpened.

Overall:

I think it is a nice compact case for $44. It is perfect for someone like me who wants to try many products from Urban Decay. but couldn't justify purchasing them individually. The quality of the eyeshadows is definitely on the same level with Naked palette, as in they are mostly creamy and pigmented (the only matte shade could be a bit more powdery, but it is totally tolerable). Although the blushes are powery, the shades are pretty and they come onto the cheeks very well. Eyeliner and lip pencil is also nice. I would totally bring this case when I go travel.
