Manicure Monday: Heart-Stopping by Formula X for Sephora

I am actually not a big nail polish lover because my fingers are quite fat and my nails are really big.
I just don't think I look good when I'm wearing nail polishes.
But this one is my absolute love!
It is from Formula X for Sephora, which was just launched in Sephora a few months ago.
The color is from their New Neutral line and it is called Heart-Stopping.

Application & Lasting Power:
Formula is simply perfection. The texture of these nail polishes are on the thick side, but it is very creamy and not streaky at all. One to two coat is absolutely sufficient to achieve an opaque look. It does not leave bubbles. And it drives down pretty quickly.

This nail polish leaves a nice and even cream and shiny finish.I don't think it ever needs a top coat. And it lasts really well on the nails. I used to wear it for five days and all I got was just a little fading at the tips of my nails. No chipping at all.

Color:
 Under sun light
It is a soft pastel-ish purple blue. On Sephora's website, it was described as a "lilac indigo".

To me it is a perfect mixture of lilcac and baby blue. Under natural lighting, it reads more blue and under indoor lighting, it reads more purple to me.

Don't be indimidated by the blushish color. It is actually super wearable for everyday. It still looks natural but just adds a bit more fun in my opinion.

I hope you like this review and let me know if you have tried any other colors from Formula X! I would love to get my hands on more colors from that brand.
